Upon termination of this Agreement, all service fees due to the Bank under this Agreement at the time of termination shall be immediately due and payable. Notwithstanding any termination, this Agreement shall remain fully operational and effective for all transactions commenced prior to such termination. 12. overdrafts; Compensation. The bank may, but is not obliged to enter into a transaction related to the provision of the services, if the customer`s accounts do not have sufficient resources to conclude the transaction. In the event that the Customer`s actions result in an overdraft in any of the Customer`s accounts, including, but not limited to, the Customer`s inability to retain sufficient assets in any of the Customer`s accounts, the Customer is required to refund the overdraft immediately and without notice or request. . . .
